Our salmon is freshly smoked in our Smokery on Daylesford Farm. Supplied by the prestigious Loch Duart Salmon company in Scotland. Our process is 100% plastic free and pared back to only the essential ingredients, salmon + salt + smoke.
The fillet is smoky on the outside with a tender heart, the most precious part of the salmon.
The belly is buttery and smooth in flavour, during the smoking process it’s protected from the wind by the ribs, never being in direct contact with the smoke, it’s particularly mild and delicate. The slices are long and meaty and will melt in your mouth.
The belly fillet weights 600g, it’s ideal for 6/7 people.

We have a selection of markets for you to choose from within zones 1-2 of London where we are happy for you to choose for your pick up location. Below are the dates that we are available at each location. When you go through the purchasing system, there will be a form for you to fill out where you will need to select your pick up location.
